When shut, Oyster operates as a meetings table or dining table but also stores and hides a flat-screen computer or laptop, papers, stationary, books etc.

The top surface quickly and easily slides back to reveal a second desk surface 80mm beneath. It then tips up and as it does so, the desk lifts automatically to the correct working height of 720mm.

Once fully open, the top surface forms a partition, creating a personal, enclosed working environment at home or in the office.
