Home improvement retailer B&Q is among the forward looking companies who have recognised the importance of our ageing population and the need to make their products more inclusive. We worked with B&Q to identify areas that their 'Performance Power Pro' range of garden power tools could be improved. User testing with B&Q's existing products identified problem areas and a new lance was developed to improve posture, reach and control. more about the development process.
