is our aim to add value to raw
materials and design innovative
products that maximise the size
of the market and bring all the
business

design.
The founding directors of the
company are product designers
Guy Robinson and Robert
Brown. We are able to think
about design from all three
of the perspectives below at the
same time. It is this which
allows us to come up with innovative
new responsibly designed
products.

Guy Robinson
studied Manufacturing Engineering
at Cambridge and then did his MA
at the Royal College of Art in Industrial
Design Engineering, graduating
in 2001. He has worked with MAK
Architects, Lever Fabergé Italia,
DCA Design Consultants, Studio
and Partners, Minale Tattersfield,
Ricardo Consulting Engineers and
Hothouse Product Development Partners.
He has completed a designer-in-residence
programme at the Oribe Design Centre
in Gifu, Japan and has spent a
year as a Research Associate at
the Helen
Hamlyn Research Centre for
Inclusive Design at the Royal College

Robert
Brown studied structural engineering
at Cambridge and then did his MA at
the Royal College of Art in Industrial
Design Engineering, graduating
in 2000. He has worked for design companies
Seymour Powell, Minale Tattersfield
and Queensbury Hunt Levien, completed
two designer-in-residence programmes
at the Oribe Design Centre in Gifu,
Japan and was also a Research Associate
at the Helen
Hamlyn Research Centre. He spent
six months in Mumbai, India with Minale
Tattersfield working on architectural,
branding and retail interior design
for India’s
largest company, Reliance Industries.
He has also done product, furniture
and graphic design for B&Q, Wolf
Garden and Gordon Russell and is author
of our guidebook about Inclusive Design
for home improvement group Kingfisher.
